Ruijie Reyee RG-RAP6202(G) AC1300 Outdoor Wireless Access Point

Ruijie Reyee RG-RAP6202(G) AC1300 Outdoor Wireless Access Point

The Ruijie Reyee RG-RAP6202(G) AC1300 Outdoor Access Point is designed to deliver dependable wireless connectivity in outdoor and demanding commercial environments. Combining dual-band Wi-Fi 5 technology, omnidirectional antennas, Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, and a rugged IP68-rated enclosure, it is a practical solution for extending wireless coverage across large outdoor areas.

AC1300 Dual-Band Wireless Performance

The RG-RAP6202(G) provides combined theoretical wireless speeds of up to 1266 Mbps across the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands. It supports wireless rates of up to 400 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 866 Mbps on 5 GHz.

Its dual-radio architecture and 2×2 MIMO on each band help provide efficient wireless connectivity for compatible devices. It is suitable for internet access, cloud applications, video streaming, and everyday business networking.

Rugged IP68 Outdoor Protection

Built for demanding outdoor installations, the RG-RAP6202(G) features an IP68-rated enclosure designed to protect against dust and water ingress under specified conditions. Its rugged construction supports deployment in environments exposed to rain, dust, moisture, and changing weather.

With an operating temperature range of -30°C to +65°C and 4 kV lightning surge protection, it is designed for a wide range of outdoor applications. Correct installation, grounding, and suitable additional surge protection remain important.

Omnidirectional Wi-Fi Coverage

The access point features four built-in omnidirectional antennas: two for 2.4 GHz and two for 5 GHz. Its design supports wireless coverage around the installation area, making it suitable for outdoor locations where users connect from different directions.

The manufacturer cites field-tested coverage radii of up to 100 metres on 2.4 GHz and 300 metres on 5 GHz under suitable conditions. Actual coverage varies with obstacles, interference, mounting height, client devices, and the surrounding environment.

Dual Gigabit Ethernet Ports

Equipped with two 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports, the RG-RAP6202(G) provides flexible wired connectivity for integration with compatible network switches, routers, and other infrastructure.

These Gigabit interfaces support business network deployments where reliable wired backhaul and network connectivity are required.

Reyee Mesh for Easy Network Expansion

Reyee Mesh technology enables compatible access points to work together to extend wireless coverage. In suitable deployments, mesh networking can reduce the need to run a separate Ethernet cable to every access point.

This is particularly useful for large compounds, outdoor hospitality areas, campuses, warehouses, and recreational facilities where extending network coverage can be challenging.

Centralized Ruijie Cloud Management

Ruijie Cloud provides tools for remote monitoring, wireless network management, configuration, and supported cloud portal authentication features. These capabilities help administrators manage wireless infrastructure more conveniently across one or multiple sites.

Cloud-based management is useful for businesses that need to monitor their outdoor Wi-Fi network without visiting each access point physically.

Flexible Installation and Power Options

The RG-RAP6202(G) supports wall or pole mounting, allowing flexible placement on suitable buildings, poles, and outdoor structures.

It supports PoE/PoE+ and a 12V DC, 1.5A power adapter. The maximum power consumption is 12.95 W. Confirm the power supply, compatible PoE equipment, and included mounting accessories before installation.
