Tenda WiFi Routers
A WiFi Router offers flexibility in that you can share your high speed broadband with a mixture of wired and WiFi connectivity or just pure WiFi connectivity without the need of the main computer being switched on. We have an extensive range of ADSL WiFi Routers, Cable WiFi Routers, and Fibre WiFi Routers for home users and small to medium sized businesses. We also provide WiFi routers where additional functionality is required, such as VoIP, 3G/4G failover and secure VPN access.
The F3’s Web-based management console offers a generous array of basic and advanced settings. The Wireless page provides basic SSID and network mode settings, as well as Security (WPA/WPA2/WPS) and Access Control settings. On the Quality of Service (QoS) page, you can specify upload and download bandwidth ranges for certain devices, and track network traffic statistics, while the Security page offers ways to restrict website access using URL and MAC Address filtering. The menus are easy to navigate and offer tips and descriptions for each setting.
The difference between WiFi Routers
- WiFi 6E (802.11ax) is the newest generation of high-speed WiFi Router. WiFi 6E (IEEE 802.11ax) bring all the benefits of the WiFi6 routers with the addition of much needed extra capacity on the clean 6GHz spectrum, meaning WiFi 6E uses 3 frequencies, 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 6GHz. This makes for less traffic congestion and greater bandwidth.
- WiFi 6 (802.11ax) (IEEE 802.11ax) routers provide greater client capacity, enhanced range and 4x the performance than the previous generation WiFi 5. Enabled with WPA3 encryption (the next generation of WiFi security), WiFi 6 routers will safely provide a far more enjoyable wireless experience, even in the most demanding environments.
- WiFi 5 (802.11ac) supports speeds up to 7Gbps when used with other WiFi 5 compatible devices. WiFi 5 is also backwards compatible with WiFi 4. This standard also supports MU-MIMO.
- WiFi 4 (802.11n) routers are capable of delivering 300Mbps, though 150Mbps, 450Mbps, 600Mbps, 750Mbps and 900Mbps variations are available.
